Prices shown are for 7 nights from Saturday (3 pm) - Saturday (10 am). Please be advised that we provide duvets, duvet covers and pillows however hirers are expected to provide their own bed linen and towels.

If reservations are made more than six weeks before the holiday start date, a deposit of one third of the total rental cost is payable. The outstanding balance should then be paid six weeks before the holiday start date. If the booking is made within the six week period of the holiday start date, the entire holiday cost should be paid with the completed booking form.

The Contract entered into is between the owner of the holiday accommodation and the holiday maker (The Hirer). The contract is only effective once the completed booking form and the required payment has been received.

It is strongly recommended that hirers take out booking cancellation insurance. The deposit will be forfeited if the holiday is cancelled and the balance of the hire fee will be payable by the Hirer. If the property can be re-let then an appropriate refund will be made. Short breaks are available at any time of the year except in high season which is classed as Mid July - end of August, easter weeks, bank holidays and October half term weekend. Prices are available upon request.
